Curated was born from a simple idea: to bring specialty coffee to people we couldn’t always reach in person.

We curate coffees around you — your taste, your brewing setup and the way you enjoy your cup. From finding the right beans for your morning V60 to discovering coffees you never knew you’d love, every recommendation is thoughtfully put together.

We also create coffee-forward gift hampers for guests, clients and teams — designed to take them a little closer to a great cup of coffee.

The Slow Pour Story

Chapter One

Akshit & Nupur

Slow Pour Collective started as a neighbourhood meet-up in September 2025, when a few strangers came together over a four-course coffee menu curated by Akshit & Nupur.

What started as a small gathering has grown into an exciting journey — bringing specialty coffee and coffee-paired experiences to over 200 guests through dining experiences, coffee bars, corporate and private events, and coffee & book club meet-ups.

Today, SPC is pioneering a new way of experiencing specialty coffee — creating coffee-paired dining concepts across cuisines and collaborating with seasoned chefs to bring a new dimension to the dining experience.

And this is just the beginning.

Chapter Two

Anubhav

Anubhav found Slow Pour Collective — or perhaps Slow Pour Collective found him — in April 2026.

A coffee enthusiast, natural networker and an unstoppable source of energy, Anubhav is helping further SPC’s mission of taking specialty coffee to more people, in more meaningful ways.

His love for coffee is addictive, his energy infectious, and his ability to bring people together is a big part of what makes him such a powerhouse for SPC.

We’re glad he found us. Or that we found him.
